Bessie Eline Parker, age 96, of Reform, AL died December 10, 2018 at Arbor Woods Health & Rehab. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Friday, December 14, 2018 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with her son, Donald Parker and Rev. John Hunter officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be tonight, Thursday, Dec. 13th
from 6 - 8 pm at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Lavell Parker; her parents; grandsons, Fredrick
Fulgham and Rodney Parker; great-grandson, Dillon Kane Parker; granddaughter-in-law, Mary Parker and daughter-in-law, Faye Parker.
Survivors include her daughter, Sharon Fulgham (Tim) of Reform, AL; four sons, Jerald Parker (Sue)
of Reform, AL, Donald Parker (Suzanne) of Millport, AL, Wayne Parker (Brenda) of Kennedy, AL and
Burl Parker (Becki) of Berry, AL; twelve grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Mrs. Parker was born October 24,1922 in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama to the late Joseph Carl Moore
and Doshie Davis Moore. She was a retired factory worker in the garment industry.
First of all, Eline loved her Lord. She loved life, her flowers and gardening, but most of all she
loved her family.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons and great-grandsons.
Honorary Pallbearers are the staff and residents of Arbor Woods Health & Rehab, Dr. Darlene
Puttman, friends of Reform Senior Activity Center and members of Cedar Grove Baptist Church.
