Betty Ann "Butterbean" Grace, age 84, of Buhl, AL passed away February 6, 2022 at her residence. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tim Patrick officiating. Burial will follow in Union Hill Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be one hour prior and immediately following the service at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Lafayette Grace II; two sons, Henry Lafayette Grace III and John Earl Grace; grandson, Justin Michael Grace Neal; her parents; two brothers and four sisters.
Survivors include her daughters, Nancy Ann Bryan, Katherine "Kathy" Louise Hester, Reta Faye Mackey (Kevin) and Betty Sue Newell; sons, James Edward Grace (Julie) and David Michael Grace; sisters, Dorothy Marlowe and Ozelle Brown; fifteen grandchildren; thirty one great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
Betty was born February 22, 1937 in Moundville, Alabama to the late Ed Eli Booth and Velia Velma Dockery Boothe. She was a homemaker.
Honorary Pallbearers are Jessie Eli Homan, Shawn Peters, James Grace, Steven Glass, Zach Grace, Jonathan Grace and Dusty Grace.
