Obituary

Betty Jane Pinkerton, age 75, of Reform, AL passed away November 18, 2025 at Arbor Woods Health & Rehab in Reform.  Funeral services will be 11:00 am Thursday, November 20, 2025 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Hunter Fields officiating and Amy Johnson delivering the eulogy.  Burial will be in Graham Memorial Cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing.  Visitation will follow the service at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ewing Pinkerton and her parents.  Betty was from a large family and was also preceded in death by her nine siblings.
Survivors include her daughter, Necole Orr and husband, Michael of Reform; sister, Lynn Hamilton of Pensacola, FL; two grandchildren, Alex Orr and Aaron Orr (Mackenzie), both of Reform; one great-grandchild, Ella Orr of Reform, numerous nieces and nephews and the father of her daughter, Michael Gideon.
Betty was born March 24, 1950 in Kosciusko, Mississippi to the late Horace Carlton Rogers and Frances Lurline Jackson Rogers.  After high school Betty completed Colvin Beauty College and worked as a cosmetologist until changing careers to work in several different office positions until retiring.
Betty loved arts and crafts and spending time with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed.
Pallbearers will be Michael Orr, Alex Orr, Aaron Orr, Redus Sisson, Jr., Kenneth Sisson, Adam Willcoxon and Jerome Reynolds.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to St. Jude Children's Hospital Memorial Giving, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
