ETHELSVILLE | Billie Jo "BJ" Brownlee, age 35, of Ethelsville, Ala., died June 19, 2016, at Pickens County Medical Center. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, June 23, 2016 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Blakney officiating. Burial will follow at Mineral Springs Baptist Church Cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be one hour prior and immediately following service at the funeral home.She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Frances McShan Duncan, Sara Frances Jones, Robert L. Speed, Eula Mae Speed and father-in-law, Cephus Wayne Brownlee.She is survived by her husband, Chris Brownlee; daughters, Summer Nicole Brownlee and Elizabeth Skye Brownlee; sons, Jordan Hugh Brownlee and Matthew Caleb Brownlee; parents, Ronald Earl Jones and Mary Lynn Speed Jones; brother, Ronald Aaron Jones (Jessica); and mother-in-law, Juanita Jacobs Brownlee.BJ was born August 31, 1980 in Beaumont, Texas. She was a homemaker and a member of Mineral Springs Baptist Church in McShan.Pallbearers will be Ashley Herron, Ty McShan, Shay Cockrell, Roger Speed, John Keasler and Tom Speed.
