Bobby Clayton O’ Bryant, age 83, of Gordo, AL died October 1, 2026 at Hospice of West Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Monday, October 5, 2026 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Ricky Trull officiating. Burial will be in Greenhill Memorial Gardens with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be one hour prior and immediately following the service at the funeral home.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jo O’Bryant; his parents, R. C. and Ola O’Bryant and infant grandson, Ethan Riley George.

Survivors include his daughter, Melisa George (Mike); two sons, Mike O’Bryant (Angela) and Ken O’Bryant (Christy); sister, Linda Trull; five grandchildren, Amanda Pike (Shane), Aaron O’Bryant (Rachel), Andrew O’Bryant (Kevy), Laken George and Lacey George; eight great-grandchildren, Eva Vickers, Elly Vickers, Eli Pike, Bridger O’Bryant, Brady O’Bryant, Asher O’Bryant, Everly Pike and Hayden George and a number of nieces and nephews.

Bobby was born October 17, 1942 in Gordo, Alabama to the late Robert Clayton O’Bryant and Ola Mae Conner O’Bryant. He was a member of Cross Roads Baptist Church in Gordo , a retired self-employed truck driver and a veteran of the United States Army.
