GORDO – Brenda Faye Grace, age 70, of Gordo, Ala., died January 13, 2016, at her residence. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, January 16, 2016, at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Robinson officiating. Burial will follow in Greenhill Memorial Gardens with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. She was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Ellis Grace; mother, Elsie Shirley Ray; and brother, John Free.Survivors include her daughter, Beverly Lynn Branch of Gordo, Ala.; sons, Benjamin Cameron Grace (Shelley) of Jessup, Ga. and Bradley Eric Grace (Tami) of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.Brenda was born August 23, 1945 in Gordo, Alabama. She was a homemaker and member of Elmore Center Methodist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Brenda's only hobby was putting everyone first, looking after and caring for others. The family takes consolation in knowing that Brenda went home to be with her heavenly Father.Pallbearers will be Larry Grace, John Grace-Higginbotham, David M. Parkey, Matthew Parker, Rodney McCool and Randy McCool.Honorary pallbearers are Alacare Home Health and Hospice.
