REFORM | Carolyn Peeks, age 73, of Reform, died June 12, 2015, at home. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, June 14, 2015 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Shawn McDaniel officiating. Burial will follow in Greenhill Memorial Gardens with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be one hour prior and immediately follow the service at the funeral home.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Anita Roberts.

Survivors include her spouse, Billy Wayne Peeks; daughters, Dawn Peeks and Shannon Beams (Darren); sons, Shawn Peeks (Denesia) and Shane Peeks; sister, Shirley Shaw; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Carolyn Peeks was born November 4, 1941 in Sylacauga, Ala. to the late Malcolm B. Mims and Gladys Parrett Mims. She was a member of the Baptist faith, a retired employee of West Alabama Bank and Trust and a well-known resident of Pickens County.

Pallbearers will be Garitt Peeks, Jacob Beams, Noah Vail, Seth Peeks, Brandon Sexton, and Jared Beams.
