Carrie Nicole Warner, age 33, of Tuscaloosa, AL passed away November 7, 2021 at DCH Regional Medical Center. Memorial services will be 1:00 pm Saturday, November 13, 2021 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Shannon Busby officiating and Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will follow the service at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Farance and Levinia Cunningham, Ruth Sullivan, Will Earl Sullivan and Michael John Warner.
Survivors include her mother, Angelia Barks; stepfather, John Barks; father, Michael Warner; the father of her children, Alonzo Coleman; her children, Adonta Warner, Avonta Coleman, Alonzo Coleman and Adarius Coleman; goddaughter, Alondra Coleman; special friend, Takaze Hill; brothers, Alan Warner, Jeff Johnson and Chris Johnson; sisters, Alicia Coleman, Annisha Belle (Raymond) and Tiffani Johnson; mother-in-law, MawMaw and a host of nieces and nephews.
