Charles Richard Miller, age 78, of Gordo, AL passed away August 26, 2021 at his residence. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Monday, August 30, 2021 at Sand Springs Methodist Church with the Rev. Randall Lynn officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Due to COVID-19, the family requests that masks be worn.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Annie Lou Rager, Dean Pearson, Elsie Olene "Tootsie" Hicks and brothers, Ed, Gene, Bobby Joe, Roger, Coleman and Robert Miller.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Joyce Middleton Miller; brother, Garnett Miller (Donna) and a host of nieces and nephews.
Mr. Miller was born April 7, 1943 in Gordo, Alabama to the late Revis Lee Miller and Bessie Lou Cindy Elmore Miller. He was a member of Aliceville Worship Center and a retired employee of Omnova Solutions in Columbus, MS.
Family members will serve as Pallbearers.
Honorary Pallbearers are Tristan Williamson and Luke Williamson.
