Charles Norman "Chuck" McDonough, age 81, of Carrollton, AL passed away December 7, 2020 at his residence. Memorial services will be 1:00 pm Sunday, December 13, 2020 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Joey Lucas officiating and Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be immediately following the service at the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Lowery McDonough; son, Charles "Bubba" McDonough; his parents and brother-in-law, Bruce Blanchard.
Survivors include his daughter, Danette McDonough Durham; two sisters, Barbara Blanchard and Betty Albanese (Tony); five grandchildren, Jessyca Gonzalez, Robert "Bobby" Durham, Ashley Durham (Aaron Defeo), Darrin Durham (Kristin) and Charlie McDonough; four great-grandchildren, Gavin, Garrett, Wheeler and Brayden and a number of cousins.
Chuck was born October 31, 1939 in Richmond, Virginia to the late Charles Henry McDonough and Lucille Yates McDonough. He was the retired owner of McDonough Masonry and a veteran of the U. S. Navy and U. S. Navy Reserves.
Honorary Pallbearers are Amedisys Hospice nurses, Niki, Natasha and April and caretakers, Keisha and Natalie.
