Cheryl Lee Brown, age 73, of  Bessemer, AL passed away December 7, 2023 at DCH Regional Medical Center, Tuscaloosa, AL.  The family will receive friends from 12:30 - 1:45 pm Monday, December 11, 2023 at Skelton Funeral Home.   A private graveside service will be held with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing.
She was preceded in death by her parents.  Survivors include her sisters, Altrice Gloor and husband Terry: Mary Nell Burton and husband Jim and Candace Sutton; nieces and nephews, Lauren Carter Graham(Randy); Patrick Lee Burton (Britney); Stephen Ross Burton (Kara); John Chester "Chess" Sutton IV (Hannah); Brandon Lee Sutton (Natasha) and Dustin Wade Sutton; a number of grandnieces and grandnephews.
Cheryl was born June 26, 1950 in Columbus, MS to L.V. Brown and Doris Nell Alexander Brown. She was a  retired Medical Technologist for UAB in Birmingham.
Pallbearers will be Randy Graham, Patrick Burton, Stephen Burton, Chess Sutton, Brandon Sutton, Dustin Sutton and Rodney Alexander.
Honorary Pallbearers are Mike Brown, Roger Brown, Dennis Pugh, Larry Handley, Bill Bagley and Joel H. Brown, Jr.
