Christine Heritage, age 92, of Ethelsville, AL died July 12, 2026 at her residence. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at Mineral Springs Baptist Church with Rev. David Blakney officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be one hour prior and immediately following the service at the church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Harold Heritage; her parents; sister, Hortense Harris and son-in-law, Joe Andrews.

Survivors include her daughters, Brenda Heritage Manning (Gary) of Reform and Terri Heritage Andrews of Reform; brother, Fredrick Taylor of Tuscaloosa; four grandchildren, Shan Manning Shirley (Ken), Scott Andrews, Brad Andrews (Carley) and Stacey Andrews Culley (Pat); nine great-grandchildren, Lizzie Shirley Sullivan (John Collin), Mary Ellis Shirley, Lily, Austin and Zachary Andrews, Jalynn, Piper and Charly Andrews and Nicholas Culley and a number of nieces and nephews.

Christine was born December 25, 1933 in Pickens County, Alabama to the late Fred Taylor and Eatoile Burgess Taylor. She was a homemaker and a member of Mineral Springs Baptist Church.

Pallbearers will be Jack Heritage, Steve Harris, Ken Shirley, Billy Strickland, Jeff Seymer, Jesse Reece, Chipper Seymer and John Collin Sullivan.

Honorary Pallbearers are Mike Harris, Kenny Harris, Gary Manning and McShan Lumber Company.
