Christopher Lamar Walker, Sr., age 57, of Gordo, AL passed away October 17, 2022 at his residence. Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Friday, October 21, 2022 in the family cemetery at his residence with William Rail officiating and Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will follow the service at the graveside.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Charles Cade Walker, Jr.
Survivors include his wife, Shellee Walker; daughters, Catherine Creech Ray (Jesse) and Caitlyn Walker; sons, Christopher Lamar Walker, Jr. (Valerie) and Joshua Elijah Creech; sister, Lynn Mote (Charles); grandchildren, James Walker, George Walker, Chloe Walker, Henry Ray and Azriel Ray; mother-in-law, Jeannie Clifton Sentell and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Christopher was born January 1,1965 in Union Springs, Alabama to the late Charles Cade Walker, Sr. and Mary Alice Moorer Walker. He was a member of Oyster Bay Baptist Church in Gulf Shores, AL, a former electrician and a veteran of the United States Army.
Pallbearers will be Mike Largin, Ken Largin, Jessie Ray, Hunter Mote, Corey Meany and Riley Lumpkin.
Honorary Pallbearers are Troy Busby, Justin Busby, Jay Moorer, Rodney Powell, Robert Moorer, Mike Dahl, Daniel Burt, William "Tommy" Garner, Casey Largin, Chris Largin and Will Largin.
