Cynthia Carter Bullock, age 67, of Ethelsville, AL passed away July 15, 2023 at Aliceville Manor Nursing Home.  Memorial services will be 3:00 pm Saturday, July 22, 2023 at State Line Baptist Church with Bro. Robert Gillis officiating.  Visitation and a meal will follow the service at the church.
She was preceded in death by her husband. Chester Bullock; her son, Sandy Pilson; her parents; sister, Susan Sowder and brother, Lane Carter.
Survivors include her daughters, Loretta Pilson, Stephanie Archer (Alex) and Cheyenne Moore; son, Charles Edward Harrison, Jr, (Jessica); sister, Marsha Williams; brother, Tim Carter (Melodie); five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Cynthia was born September 13, 1955 in Sanford, North Carolina to the late Ernest Lee Carter and Nancy Lane Carter.  She was a retired employee of the US Army Corps of Engineers.
