ETHELSVILLE | David Austin Perrigin, age 82, of Ethelsville, died March 4, 2014, at home. Graveside services with full Masonic Rites will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 8, 2014, at Union Hill Cemetery with Rev. Kevin Taylor officiating and Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be Friday, March 7, 2014 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.He was preceded in death by his infant son; parents; two brothers, Nub Perrigin and Poss Perrigin; three sisters, Pauline Seymer, Katherine Price, and Erin Perrigin.Survivors include his wife, Mildred Clayton Perrigin; son, William Perrigin and wife, Martha Hall Perrigin; sister, Rochelle McClellan of Huntsville, Ala.; granddaughter, Mary Perrigin Box (Zack); and two great-grandsons, Jacob Heathcock and Tucker Box.Mr. Perrigin was born March 10, 1931 in Pickens County, Alabama to the late Dewey H. Perrigin and Edna Mae Young Perrigin. He was a retired employee of General Tire in Columbus, Miss. and a veteran of the U.S. Army. David was a member of the Masonic Fellowship Lodge #214 in Carrollton, Ala., and Fellowship Lodge #172 in Reform, Ala.Masons will serve as pallbearers.
