Dean West O'Neal Booth, age 84, of Gordo, AL passed away November 30, 2024 at her residence.  Graveside services will be 11:00 am Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at Big Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with Bro. Rodney Hedrick officiating and Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing.  Visitation will follow the service in the church Fellowship Hall.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim O'Neal; her parents; brothers, Eddie West, Eudel West and Carl Ray West; sister, Edith Isom and granddaughter, Tiffany Martin-Trevino.
Survivors include her daughters, Doris Dyer (Jerry) of Gordo, AL and J'Laine Bennett (David) of Lake Placid, FL; sons, George William O'Neal of New York and Michael O'Neal (Michelle) of McCalla, AL; sister, Doris Rochner of Redfield, AR; eleven grandchildren, Jason Nicholas (Kelly), Meg McCrackin (Jarrod), Elizabeth McDonald (Joshua), Hanna Bennett, Tia Bennett, Corey O'Neal (Chelssie), Preston O'Neal (Courtney), Hollie Michele, Austin O'Neal, Lucas O'Neal and Nicole Cathcart; eleven great-grandchildren, Ryne Nicholas, Chloe Nicholas, Liam Nicholas, Finnegan Nicholas, Jemma McCrackin, Maddox McCrackin, Chance Underwood, Sophie O'Neal, Sadie O'Neal, Mary O'Neal and Emily O'Neal; a number of nieces and nephews and special nurse, Hunter Reynolds.
Dean was born August 6, 1940 in Ethel, Arkansas to the late William Malden West and Anne Brandenburg West.  She was a member of New Life Worship Center and a retired employee of K-Mart.
Honorary Pallbearers are Amedisys Hospice and members of the New Life Worship Center.
