Debra Jane Driver, age 62, of Gordo, AL passed away April 26, 2021 at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa, AL. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, May 1, 2021 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Korey Zizziah and Rev. Mike Skelton officiating. Burial will follow in Sardis Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be one hour prior and immediately following the service at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her son, Ricky Lynn Hudson and her parents.
Survivors include her daughter, Martha Driver; son, Rex Hudson; one sister, Sue McAteer (Gene); two brothers, Ricky A. Hudson (Brandi) and Sam E. Hudson; seven grandchildren, Kobe (Alasha), Kamery, Kelsey, Racheal (Daniel), Erick (Hanna), Kellie (Josh ) and Austin (Emily) and nine great-grandchildren, Nova, Piper, Tyler, Brantley, Matthew, Savannah, Liberty, Autumn, Saylor, and Logan.
Debra was born March 3, 1959 in Reform, Alabama to the late Sam Willard Hudson and Christine Campbell Hudson. She was a member of Rock Solid Church in Gordo and a retired nursing assistant.
Pallbearers will be her nephews and great-nephews.
Honorary Pallbearers are nurses of DCH 2nd floor SE, Dr. Dale Robbins and staff, Dr. Azom and staff and members of Rock Solid Church.
