Grady Douglas "Doug" Lowery, age 71, of Reform, AL passed away July 29, 2022 at his residence. Memorial services will be 11:00 am Saturday, August 27, 2022 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Blakney officiating. Visitation will follow the service at the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jenny O'Quinn Lowery; son, Steven Lowery; sister, Teresa K. Lowery and his parents.
Survivors include his son, Scott Lowery; Scott's mother, Diane Lowery Terrell (Johnny); Scott's grandmother, Jewell Smith and Scott's uncle, Randy Smith (Tina).
Doug was born September 8, 1950 in Reform, Alabama to the late Grady Cleophus Lowery and Emma Pauline Reynolds Lowery. He attended Reform First United Methodist Church. Doug was a former police officer with 12 years of service and a retired employee of Taylor Hardin Security.
