Elizabeth Bettye McBride, age 83, of Aliceville, AL, died December 6, 2018 at her home. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Monday, December10, 2018 at Hebron Methodist Church with Rev. Dr. Tim Alexander officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be one hour prior and immediately following the service at the church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, William Hayes Latham, Jr and Gerald
Jackson "Bud" Latham.
Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Leon McBride; her son, Jason Leon McBride and wife,
Tricia; three grandchildren, Cameron McBride Anderson (Reed), Jason Leon McBride II and Elizabeth
Jordan McBride and a number of nieces and nephews.
Bettye was born October 17, 1935 in Aliceville, Alabama to the late William Hayes Latham, Sr.
and Alice Ardelia Ball Latham. She was member of Hebron Methodist Church, a homemaker and a life long resident of Pickens County.
Pallbearers will be Reed Anderson, James Cook, Jason McBride II, Louis McBride Steven McBride,
and Todd McBride.
