Eloise Smith Shelton, age 83, of Reform, AL died May 14, 2025 at Hospice of West Alabama in Tuscaloosa.  Funeral services will be 11:00 am Saturday, May 17, 2025 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Glen Kennedy officiating.  Burial will be in Arbor Springs Baptist Church Cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be one hour prior and immediately following the service at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her husband. S. Lenwood Shelton who died February 5, 2013; her daughter-in-law, Mystie Michelle Shelton and her parents.
Survivors include her sons, Brian Shelton and wife, Cindy and Eric Shelton; sister, Patsy Richards and husband, Wayne; four grandchildren, Kati Shelton Tuten (Tyler), Cole Shelton, Maggie Shelton and Erica Shelton; three great-grandchildren, Kallie Zoe Tuten, Karlie Eloise Tuten and Kasen Lane Shelton; niece, Tiffany Cobb and great-niece, Destiney Cobb.
Eloise was born August 2, 1941 in Lamar County, Alabama to the late Belton Smith and Mary Edna Franks Smith.  She married Lenwood Shelton on June 14, 1969.   Eloise was a member of Friendship Baptist Church and a retired florist and co-owner of Friendship Florist.
Honorary Pallbearers are friends of Friendship Baptist Church and the Friendship community.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to a favorite charity.
