Frances Elizabeth Brashier, age 73, of Reform, AL passed away December 3, 2023 at her residence.  Funeral services will be 3:00 pm Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Scott Driver and Walter Howard Tibbs, Jr. officiating.  Burial will be in Union Hill Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Ray Brashier; daughter, Rhonda Caroline Heath; her parents; grandchild, Missty Lynn Hamilton; sisters, Martha Florance Nole, Annie Pearl Dabbs, Wilma Christine Tibbs and Mary Magoline Tibbs and brothers, James Guy Tibbs, James D. Tibbs and Wesley D. Tibbs, Jr.
Survivors include her daughter Shorty Wallace (Jerry); sons, Bobby Gene Brown, Jr. (Julie) and Bobby Randell Brown; sister, Deloris Ann Dutcher; brothers, Deberosia DeeWillie Tibbs, Melvin Earl Tibbs, Walter Howard Tibbs and Terry Thomas Tibbs; eleven grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
Frances was born May 2, 1950 in Centerville, Tennessee to the late Wesley D. Tibbs, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Hinson Tibbs.  She was a homemaker and member of Faith Free Will Baptist Church.
