TUSCALOOSA - Frank M. Mann, Jr. passed from this life into eternal life on April 1, 2016, at Hospice of West Alabama at a grand "ole age". A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 5, 2016, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church with Father Gerald Deacy, Rev. Frank Slapikas and Rev. Adrian Straley officiating. Burial will follow in Tuscaloosa Memorial Park with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. The family will receive friends one hour prior and immediately following the service at the church.Survivors include his wife, Charlene; his son, Jon Pierce; daughters, Lauren Mann Poe (J.R.) and Sara Katherine Pierce of Tuscaloosa, Ala..; his daughters, Hope Holemon (Jeff) of Ralph, Ala. and Joy Smith (Reggie) of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; his son, Frankie M. Mann, III (Vicki) of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; grandson, Brant Smith of Huntsville, Ala.; granddaughters, Nicki Bailey (Eric) of Buhl, Ala., Megan Smith of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; grandson, Marion Mann IV; and granddaughter Madison Moore of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; and five great-grandchildren.Frank M. Mann, Jr. was born in Montgomery, Ala.. to the late Francis Marion Mann, Sr. and Mary Josephine Lawrence Mann. Moving from Montgomery to Tuscaloosa at an early age and living here well over fifty years, Frank was well known in Tuscaloosa and the surrounding counties. He owned and operated an Office Products Supply Business for many years. He attended the University of Alabama, was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church and was actively involved with Outback America. At the time of his death, Frank was the National Sales Director for the well-known artist Rick Rush. Pallbearers will be Lyle Aiken, Duane Ashcraft, Dr. Jeff Laubenthal, Dr. John Taylor, Robert Prince, Rod Wilkin, Tom Chambers and Dr. Craig Buettner.In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 733 James I.
