Freeman Morris Harcrow, age 79, of Kennedy, AL passed away January 7, 2021 at his residence. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Sunday, January 10, 2021 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Alan McGuirk officiating. Burial will follow in Arbor Springs Baptist Church Cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be one hour prior and immediately following the service at the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Robert and Milton and his sister, Earnestine.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Inez Mason Harcrow; three sons, Freeman Douglas Harcrow (Beverly Ann), Heath L. Harcrow and Harold Morris Harcrow, one brother, Aaron; three sisters, Mary, Pearl and Barbara; three grandchildren, Joshua, Tyler and Courtney and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Freeman was born January 8, 1942 in Pickens County, Alabama to the late Edis Lee Harcrow and Phrosolane McDaniel Harcrow. He was a member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church in Fayette County and a former employee of Georgia Pacific with over 25 years of service.
Pallbearers will be Joshua Harcrow, Tyler Harcrow, Eddy Patchin and Bob Gee.
