Kenneth Eugene "Gene" Worrell, Jr., age 77, of Reform, AL passed away April 17, 2021 at DCH Regional Medical Center. The family will have a private service at a later date. Skelton Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.                                                                                                          He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra Dianne Powell Worrell; daughter, Susan Leah Herrin (Jeff)of Tuscaloosa, AL; son, Christopher Bryan Worrell (Sherrie) of Coker, AL; brother, Homer Warren Worrell of Germany and five grandchildren, Lauren and Isabella Herrin, Makala, Mason and Macy Worrell.
Gene was born December 1, 1943 in Huntsville, Alabama to the late Kenneth Eugene Worrell, Sr. and Mary Pearl Corbitt Worrell. He was a member and Elder of Reform First Presbyterian Church and a retired employee of Alabama Power Company with 39 years of service. Gene was a veteran of the U. S. Army Reserves and a Gideon in the Army of the Lord.
