Gladys Emma Posey, age 86, of Gordo, AL passed away October 25, 2024 at her residence.  Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Thursday, October 31, 2024 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with her son-in-law, Bro. Wesley Robertson officiating.  Burial will be in Greenhill Memorial Gardens with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing.  Visitation will be one hour prior and immediately following the service at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Robert C. Posey; her parents; granddaughter, Gabrielle Nicole Posey; two sisters, Maxine and Wilma and four brothers, J. T., Frankie, George Jr. and Dusty.
Survivors include her three daughters, Terri Posey, Robin Potts and Tracy Robertson (Wesley); seven sisters, Linda, Betty, Bonnie, Connie, Joyce, Doris and June; twelve grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
Gladys was born April 21, 1938 in Pickens County, Alabama to the late George Wilburn Miller, Sr. and Vera Mae Lindsey Miller.  She was a former employee of Westinghouse in Reform and a retired CNA for Bryce Hospital and S. D. Allen.
Pallbearers will be Robert Potts, Taylor Posey, Wes Robertson, Jacob Robertson, John Robertson, Levi Robertson, Adam Robertson, Wiley Robertson, Bren Windle and Casey Holsonback.
