Glenda Fay Sprinkle, age 74, of Aliceville, AL passed away April 19, 2023 at Hospice of West Alabama in Tuscaloosa, AL.  Funeral services will be 11:00 am Monday, April 24, 2023 at West End Baptist Church with Bro. Jim Robinson officiating.  Burial will follow in Union Chapel Cemetery in Carrollton with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing.  Visitation will be one hour prior and after the service at the church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Emery Sprinkle, Sr.; her parents and brothers, Vernon Black (Sara) of Mobile, AL and Thomas Edward Black (Louise) of Orlando, FL.
Survivors include her stepsister, Jeanette Sudduth Smith (Bud) and stepbrother, Junior Sudduth.
Glenda was born December  7, 1948 in Aliceville, Alabama to the late Thomas "Tommy" Black and Gethel Bearden Black. She was a graduate of Gordo High School and member of West End Baptist Church.  Glenda had a hard life after her mother died when she was six years old.  She suffered pain for many years, but as a great and faithful Christian, she now has a new body and no more pain.
Pallbearers will be John Walker, Tommy Pate, Dale McCafferty, Ricky Findley, Richard Estis and Marty Holt.
Honorary Pallbearers are residents and staff of Arbor Woods Health and Rehab, staff of DCH 6th North and 3rd floor ICU and Hospice of West Alabama.
