Gloria Jean Gilliam, age 68, of Gordo, AL passed away March 18, 2023 at her residence.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Ashley Nichole Gilliam; brother, J. W. Clements; the father of her children, Wayne Gilliam and mother-in-law, Emma Ruth Gilliam.
Survivors include her daughters, Erika Gilliam (Amber Ruth) and Jalisa Adams; four granddaughters, Daleigh Daniels, Alyssa Richards (Chase), Trinity Adams and Kayden Prude; two grandsons, Zane Seitz (Hope) and Zayden Prude and great-granddaughter, Haven Jean Seitz.
Jean was born May 7, 1954 in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama to the late Joe Cephus and Lois Duncan Clements. She was a member of the Baptist faith and a retired RN. Jean was well known and she helped a lot of people. This help was always kept between herself and those she helped. She loved being a part of the community and always helped when she could.
