Hubert Glen Lee, age 70, of Gordo, AL passed away March 9, 2021 at his residence. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Friday, March 12, 2021 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lenwood Gilliland officiating. Burial will follow in Holly Springs Cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be one hour prior and immediately following the service at the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his 2nd Mom, Johnnie Mae Lee; brothers, Olen "Buddy", Dwight and Terry; sisters, Judy, Sheila and Sharon. Survivors include his wife, Sue Lee; sons, Mathew Shannon (Janiffer) and Brian; daughter, Angela (James); brothers, Larry (Pam) and Jerry (Donna); sisters, Joan and Kathy (William); sister-in-law, Carol and ten grandchildren, Austin, Skylar, Nathan, Nicole, Kate, Abigail, Jackson, Makinley, Isaiah and Phaydra.
Hubert was born February 7. 1951 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama to the late William Anderson "Bill" Lee and Ruthie Bell Voss Lee. He was a former employee of Phifer Wire and a veteran of the United State Army.
Pallbearers will be Micky McCrackin, William Price, Randy Junkin, Phillip Black, Rodney Woolbright and Rodney Junkin.
Honorary Pallbearers are members of the Lee Hunting Club and Encompass Home Health and Hospice.
