Ilene Sexton Duncan, age 88 of Carrollton, died October 18, 2018 at DCH Regional Medical Center. Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Hebron Baptist Church Cemetery in Carrollton with Rev. Phillip Knepp and Glenn Mast officiating and Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Alexander Duncan; her parents; two brothers, Billy Sexton and Pat Sexton and her nephew, Donnie Sexton.
Survivors include her daughter, Sue Duncan Taylor (W. A.); two sons, Hugh Duncan and Joe Duncan (Lana); sisters, Joann Latham (Earl) and Mattie Sue Lewis (Walker); four grandchildren, Melissa Taylor Fort (John), Lance Taylor (Kim), Heath Duncan (Tasha) and Desiree Duncan Wilson; eight great-grandchildren, Nekol, Hunter, Megan, Blayne, Brendan, Avrey, Dominique and Kailee; special friends, Sue Fair, Jason Knight, Mike Walker, Hak Lasser and family and John Morris and her favorite companions, Dan and Blackcat.
Ilene was born April 26, 1930 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama to the late Joe Sexton and Susie Turner Sexton. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church and a farmer.
