Jacqueline Rene Spain, age 76, of Tuscaloosa, AL died May 1, 2021 at DCH Regional Medical Center. Visitation will be from 7 - 8 pm Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at Skelton Funeral Home.
She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents, Edward J and Elizabeth P. Wenner and William E and Minnie Lee Corcran.
Survivors include her husband, William E Spain; daughter, Robin R. Curtman (Billy); son, Roger Carl Curtman; stepsons, John C. Spain (Mina) and Charles E. Spain (Debbie); stepdaughter, Lori A. Powell (James); sister, Karen E. Hollingsworth (Jim); five grandchildren, Josh Curtman, Jonathon Curtman, Carolyn Spain Dunn (Kevin), Morgan Powell Williams (Jon) and Brett Powell; eight great-grandchildren, William T. Curtman, Linley Curtman, Macy Dunn, Henry Dunn, Aubrey Powell, Ryan Powell, Sawyer Williams and McCoy Williams and niece Sarah H. Kennon (Michael).
Jacqueline was born November 20, 1944 in El Centro, California to the late Jackson Carl Wenner and Georgia Maxine Corcran Wenner. She was a member of Geneseo United Methodist Church in Buckingham, Iowa and an antiques dealer.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society, Mid-South Division, 1100 Ireland Way, Suite 300, Birmingham, AL 35205 or a favorite charity.
