James Anthony Finch, age 55, of Carrollton, AL passed away May 17, 2021 at UAB Hospital in Birmingham. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Friday, May 21, 2021 at Reform Church of God with Pastor Mark Dean officiating. Burial will follow in Magnolia Memorial Gardens in Aliceville with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be one hour prior and immediately following the service at the church.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Judith Marie Finch; brother, Randy Lee Finch; grandparents, Pop and Pearl Bowens and grandmother, Ruby Marcum.
Survivors include his father, Bud Finch (Peggy); wife, Nancy Finch; daughter, Ariel Finch (Nathan); son, Austin Finch (Allison); brother, Roy Finch (Missy); grandsons, Auggie and Grady and tons of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Anthony was born October 10, 1965 in Aliceville, Alabama. He was a truck driver for Lavender, Inc.
Pallbearers will be Zev Finch, James Howard, Jr., Lee Howard, Cody Howard, Thomas Cole and Dan King.
Honorary Pallbearers are Lavender, Inc., UAB Bone Marrow Transplant team, Kirklin Clinic team and Tuscaloosa Pediatrics.
The family wants to genuinely thank all of those who has supported Anthony and the family throughout his journey.
