Jamie Marie Moore, age 40, of Gordo, AL passed away February 12, 2024 at her residence.  A good heart has stopped beating but a heart that has touched so many lives can't help but live on in those it loved.  A private family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Granville Moore.
Survivors include her loving children, Maci Jayne Cobb of Gordo; Taten Gran Moore of Gordo; her caring mother, Carolyn Moore of Reform; sisters, Nicole Vazquez, Rachel Allen (Thomas) and Cindi Swartz; uncle David Moore (Alice) of Anchorage, AK; aunt Renee Roe of Elrod; nieces and nephews, Jayden, Austen, Aneya, Easton, Emili and Kayli and cousins, Matthew, Josh and Nathan Moore and Megan Waite.
Jamie was born May 30, 1983 in Jasper, Alabama.  She was a member of the Church of the Highlands in Tuscaloosa and a former billing auditor for R-1, Inc.
Jamie had that good heart and those who knew her had the privilege of feeling that love.  She was the best Momma to her two children, the best daughter to her Mama who had the privilege and honor to have had the opportunity to raise such a beautiful daughter throughout her life, until the end.  Jamie was a best friend to all who had the opportunity to be just that.  She will be missed dearly by all who had the privilege of knowing her and she will live on in all of us who knew her.
Jamie's favorite Bible verse was Matthew 28:20, "I am with you always to the end of the age."  This was her strength during her last year, month and days.  She loved the Lord, and we know she is resting in the arms of our Jesus, and she is singing and dancing with the angels. Heaven is so lucky to have her, as we were.
