Jean Stephens Spiller, age 93, of Aliceville, AL passed away February 1, 2024 at Hospice of West Alabama in Tuscaloosa.  Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, February 3, 2024 at Pilgrim Rest Cemetery in Sapps with Rev. Charlie Wilson and Rev. Larry Potts officiating and Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing.  Visitation will follow the service at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, William C. "Bud" Spiller; her parents; sister, Mattie E. Woolbright; brothers, William I. Stephens, David M. Stephens and infant brother, John D. Stephens.
Survivors include her niece, Linda Allen and husband, Max; great-niece, Anita Jones and husband, Tommy; special nephew, Stephen Watts; God children, Jean McBride (Steve) and Susan Whitley (Keith) and a host of nieces and nephews.
Jean was born August 9, 1930 in Aliceville, Alabama to the late John William Stephens and Edna Mae Colson Stephens.  She was a member of Aliceville First Baptist Church, a retired employee of Westinghouse with 30 years of service and a retired employee of Huyck Felt Company Credit Union.
Honorary Pallbearers are the Sojourners Sunday School Class.
