Jeff David Smith, age 59, of Reform, AL passed away March 30, 2021 at his residence. Services will be held at a later date.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Donna Jean Smith Rudd. Survivors include his wife Brenda Hallman Smith; two daughters, Heather Lauren Smith and Kelli Deanna Smith; brothers, Stan Smith (Amanda) and Phillip Ray Smith; sister, Mary Ann Kelly (Darby); one grandson, Michael David Shaw and seven niece and nephews. Jeff was born August 1, 1961 in Houston, Texas to the late Lewis Henry Smith and Willodean Smith Smith. He was a home builder and a veteran of the United States Air Force.
