James Floyd "Jimmy" Heritage, Sr., age 87, of Aliceville, AL passed away January 2, 2024 at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa.  A private family service will be held at a later date.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Jane Windle Heritage; his parents; four brothers and three sisters.
Survivors include his daughters, Vicky Rickman and Wendy Heritage Darby (Randy); son, Jim Heritage (Kerri); four grandchildren, Justin Rickman, Adam Rickman, Kaitlyn Heritage and Analiese Heritage and four great-grandchildren, Ava, Ellie, Cory and Maggie.
Jimmy was born May 23, 1936 in Aliceville, Alabama to the late Webster Heritage and Lottie Sue Butts Heritage.  He was a member of Aliceville First Baptist Church, a retired gunsmith and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
