GORDO - Johnny Ray Gilliland, age 69, of Gordo, Ala., passed away March 24, 2018 at his residence. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 27, 2018, at Union Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Lindsey Watkins officiating and Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be after the service in the church Fellowship Hall.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Kenneth Gilliland
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Fay Gilliland; daughters, Donna G. Reynolds (Eddie) and Marion G. Baker (Roy); son, Shannon Gilliland (Natalie); sister, Debbie Gray; brother, Charles Robinson; and grandchildren, Hayes and Heath Baker, Hunter and Briana Reynolds and Octavia Gilliland.
Johnny Ray Gilliland was born September 10, 1948 in Fayette County, Ala. to the late J. T. Gilliland and Lillie Mae Sullivan Gilliland. He was a retired maintenance worker for Buchanan Hardwood Flooring.
