ALICEVILLE | Joseph Albert "Joe" Lee, Sr., age 68 of Aliceville, Ala., died on January 20, 2014 at Aliceville Manor Nursing Home. Memorial service will be 1 p.m. Friday, January, 24, 2014 at Hebron United Methodist Church with Rev. Roger Short officiating and Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church.
Joseph was preceded in death by his parents and brother, James Gardner Lee.
He is survived by his daughters, Melissa Terry and Summer McClelland; son, Joseph Albert "Joe" Lee, Jr.; brothers, John Edward Lee, Jr. (Marie), and William Stallings "Bill" Lee (Carolyn); sister-in-law, Rebecca Lee Jordan (Roy); and his four grandchildren, Kayla Terry, Tyler Garner, Oliver McClelland, and Digges McClelland.
Mr. Lee was born May 12, 1945 in Macon, Mississippi to the late John Edward Lee, Sr. and Juanita Stallings Lee. He was a well known resident of Pickens County.
