Joseph Dewey Mosley, age 71, of Columbus, MS and formerly of Gordo, AL passed away January 13, 2021 at his residence. No funeral services will be held.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Patricia Lynn Mosley and sister, Martha R. Bullock.
Survivors include his son, Joseph Dewey Mosley II of Indianapolis, IN; three daughters,
Wanda Elizabeth Mosley of Indianapolis, IN, Sabrina Darlyne Mosley Dodds of Indianapolis, IN and Melissa Renee Mosley Ponds of Ethelsville, AL; brothers, James Mosley of Indianapolis, IN,  Earl Percell of Florid and Charlie Martin; sisters, Linda Hall of Reform, AL, Teresa Mosley of Indianapolis, IN and Dianna Martin; fourteen grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Joseph was born December 21, 1949 in Covington, Kentucky to the late Earl Henderson Mosley and Mamie Elizabeth Smith Mosley. He was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Gordo, AL and a retired electrical mechanic having worked for Moran Electric and Amtrak.
