HUEYTOWN | Joseph Owen "Joe" Neely, age 58, of Hueytown, died July 5, 2015, at UAB Medical West. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, July 11, 2015, at Carrollton City Cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, James Arthur Neely and Alan Anthony Neely; father and mother-in-law, Eugene and Dorothy Guin; and brother-in-law, Jerry Guin.He is survived by his wife, Cherry Guin Neely of Hueytown, Ala.; sons, Joseph Westley Neely (Ellen Kimberly Moffitt) USN and Tyler Eugene Neely (Roya Daftarian); sisters, Susan Ann Keeney (Gary) and Eileen Mary Neely; brother, Peter John Neely; sisters-in-law, Patty Neely and Dianne Guin Trull (Phillip); and a number of nieces and nephews. Joe was born November 4, 1956, in Des Moines, Iowa, to the late Arthur James Neely and Anna Kathleen Morris Neely.
