Joyce Ellen Hydrick, age 90, of Reform, AL died July 3, 2025 at Hospice of West Alabama in Tuscaloosa.  Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Monday, July 7, 2025 at Antioch Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Herschel McFarlen officiating.   Burial will be in the church cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing.  Visitation will follow the service in the church fellowship hall.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles "Pete" Hydrick; her parents and brother, Joe McFarlen.
Survivors include her sons, Patrick Hydrick (Ginny), Steven Hydrick (Mary) and Chuck Hydrick (Sherry); brother, Herschel McFarlen (Barbara); five grandchildren, Nikki Hydrick, Megen Tilley (Michael), Jeffery Hydrick, Blaine Hydrick and Megan Stapp (Jacob); nine great-grandchildren, Addy Tilley, Emmy Tilley, Luka Tilley, Kayla Guy (Matt), Drew Tilley, Brandon Tilley, Greyson Stapp, Laklynn Stapp and Emma Hydrick and three great-great grandchildren, Elijah Davidson, Hallie Davidson and Kori Guy.
Joyce was born December 1, 1934 in Madison County, Alabama to the late Herman McFarlen and Brooksie Freeman McFarlen.  She was a homemaker and a well-known resident of her community.
