Karen Martin Kyles, age 70, of Reform, AL passed away January 22, 2024 at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa.  Funeral services will be 11:00 am Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at New Salem Baptist Church with Bro. Mike Hall officiating.  Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing.  Visitation will follow the service at the church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her father-in-law, William C. Kyles.
Survivors include her husband of 51 years, William Harvey Kyles; daughter, Colett Kyles Thomas (Mark); son, Clint Kyles (Dana); three grandchildren, Makayla Johnson (Wesley), Courtney Thomas (Michael) and Preslee Kyles; five great-grandchildren, Bailey and Waylon Johnson, Braxton Thomas, Xander and Sawyer Perry; sister, Brenda Coshatt (Randy); brothers, Jeff Martin (Renee) and Mike Martin (Karen); brother-in-law, Pat Kyles; sister-in-law, Daven Kyles Hall (Mike); mother-in-law, Nellene Doughty Kyles and nephew, Will Kyles.
Karen was born November 29, 1953 to the late James Ralph Martin and Mary Virginia Stokes Martin.  She was a member of New Salem Baptist Church and a retired employee of the State of Alabama Department of Human Resources.
Honorary Pallbearers are her New Salem Baptist Church family, doctors and staff of MICU at DCH Regional Medical Center and Lewis and Faye Manderson Cancer Center.
