PICKENSVILLE - Kathy Michele Ezelle Hood, age 44, of Pickensville, Ala., died April 17, 2018 at home. Services will be 3 p.m. Sunday, April 22, 2018, at Pickensville Baptist Church with Rev. Tim Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Marvin Chapel Cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to service at the church and immediately following graveside service at Marvin Chapel.
She was preceded in death by her father, Gary Wayne Ezelle and grandmother-in-law, Carrie Hood.
Survivors include her husband, Michael Brett Hood of Pickensville, Ala.; sons, Colby Dallas McGee of Tupelo, Miss. and Michael Wayne Ezelle Hood of Pickensville, Ala.; mother, Kathy McDaniel Ezelle of Carrollton, Ala.; brother, Patrick Ezelle (Elsie) of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; in-laws, Mike and Barbara Hood of Columbus, Miss.; and sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Candi and Steve Knight of Columbus, Miss.
Pallbearers will be Ray Bittle, Dusty Ezelle, Eddie Reynolds, Eric Reynolds, Jason McDaniel and Chris Owens.
Honorary pallbearers are Dewayne Nance, Dillon Elkins, Larry Ezelle, Samuel Junkin, Jody McGee and Buster Wright.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Pickensville Baptist Church (for the Sheire Shaw Family), 119 Old Mill Rd., Pickensville, AL 35447.
