Katie Mae Browning, age 75, of Tuscaloosa, AL passed away December 7, 2022 at Forest Manor Health & Rehab in Northport. Memorial services will be 6:00 pm Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Mike Skelton officiating. Visitation will follow the service at the funeral home.
She was precede in death by parents and sister-in-law, Glenda Pike.
Survivors include her sons, Joe Terrell Browning (Donna) of Tuscaloosa, AL and Christopher Shaun Browning (Amanda) of Cottondale, AL; sister, Pasty Pike of Holman, AL; brothers, Wesley Pike of Atlanta, GA, Nolen Pike of Pensacola, FL and Rubin Pike of Holman, AL; seven grandchildren, Terri Browning, Chelsea Browning, Elyse Browning, Taylor Browning, Bailey Browning, Deanna Browning and Brittney Browning; two great-grandchildren, Bash and Blaize Browning and a host of nieces and nephews.
Katie was born July 17, 1947 in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama to the late Lamar Pike and Helen Rea Bouchillon Pike. She was a member of the Baptist faith and a retired employee of the U.S. Postal Service.
