Larry Lavern Gregg, age 84, of Gordo, AL died July 27, 2026 at Arbor Woods Health & Rehab in Reform. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Friday, July 31, 2026 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Greenhill Memorial Gardens with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be one hour prior and immediately following the service at the funeral home.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Bonner Gregg; his mother, Lillie Katherine Gregg Pierce; stepfather, Clyde Pierce; half-brother, Terry Pierce and his grandparents, John William and Jessie Florence Gregg.

Survivors include his daughter, Jackie Gregg Crocker and husband, Jeff; sister, Kathy Henebry (Richard); sisters-in-law, Denise Driver, Martha Hardy and Sue Bonner; two grandchildren, Kari Crocker (Noah Yarbrough) and Karli Crocker and a number of nieces and nephews.

Larry was born March 11, 1942 in Gordo, Alabama. He was a retired employee of General Tire/Omnova in Columbus, MS and attended Kennie Hill Church of God.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to the Pickens Academy Softball Team, 226 Ray Bass Road, Carrollton, AL 35447.
