ETHELSVILLE | Linda Jones Oglesby Kelley, age 65, of Ethelsville, died Jan. 1, 2015 at her residence. Services will be 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2015 at Ethelsville Baptist Church with Rev. Jimmy Ray and Rev. Jerry Morrison officiating and Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Jerry D. Oglesby and Robert Kelley, Sr.; her parents, and her sister, Judy Fitch; niece, Angie Fife; and stepson, Lee Kelley.
Survivors include her son, Jamie Oglesby and his wife, Lisa Michelle of Ethelsville; granddaughter, Bryanna Oglesby of Columbus, Miss.; stepson, Toby Kelley (Melissa) of Gordo; stepdaughter, Nicole Kelley Thomas (Dean) of Memphis, Tenn.; sister, Marsha McDaniel of Eutaw, Ala.; and step-grandchildren, Haleigh Kelley, Carrington Kelley, Zachery Thomas and Jake Thomas.
Linda was born June 30, 1949 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama to the late Murry Marshall Jones and Laura Jean Hayes Jones. She was a beautician who worked with Marilyn at Marilyn's Beauty Lounge in Carrollton, Alabama for 46 years and a well known resident of Pickens County.
