CARROLLTON - Linda Richardson O'Bryant, age 66, of Carrollton, Ala., died June 19, 2017, at Northport Medical Center. Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, June 22, 2017, at Aliceville Family Worship Center with Pastor Al Brown officiating. Burial will be in the Carrollton City Cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to services.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Claude Dial; sister, Jewel Gilbert; and brothers, Donald Richardson and Louie Richardson.
Survivors include her husband, Jerome O'Bryant; daughter, Tammie Brown (Al); sisters, Lois Bruce, Elsie Sutton and Barbara Noland; brother, Charles Brown (Norma); grandchildren, Trice Brown and Maslin Brown; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Mrs. O'Bryant was born June 27, 1950 in Pickens County, Ala. to the late Luther Richardson and Eula Barron Richardson. Linda was the owner of Down Yonder Restaurant and a well-known resident of Pickens County.
Pallbearers will be Trice Brown, Maslin Brown, Keith Johnson, Joshua Sudduth, David Carter and Jeff O'Bryant.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital , 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
