Lois Nance Johnson, age 81, of Aliceville, AL passed away April 23, 2021 at Hospice of West Alabama. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at Aliceville Family Worship Center with Rev. Randy Sudduth officiating. Burial will follow in Magnolia Memorial Gardens with Skelton Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be one hour prior and immediately following the service at the church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Manfred Johnson; daughter, Beverly Ann Johnson; seven brothers and one sister.
Survivors include her daughter, Rhonda L. West and husband, Kenneth; son, James Stephen Johnson; six grandchildren, Brandy N. McAruth (Stephen), Elizabeth A. Patrick (Nicholas), Adam Bass, Lillian Johnson, Wyatt Johnson and Zach; numerous great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Lois was born March 29, 1940 in Geiger, Alabama to the late Robert Alexander Nance, Sr. and Ethel Eaves Nance. She was a member of Aliceville Family Worship Center, a retired seamstress for Country Miss and a former caregiver.
Honorary Pallbearers are Hospice of West Alabama, Dr. Jay Parker and her church family.
