Marie Auguste Hernandez, age 96 of Aliceville, AL died November 28, 2018 at Aliceville Manor
Nursing Home. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, December 1, 2018 at West End Baptist
Church with Rev. Jack House and Rev. Jim Richardson officiating and Skelton Funeral Home of
Reform directing. Burial will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Lawton, Oklahoma at a later date.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Virginio Landa Hernandez; her parents and son-in-law,
Jimmy Walker, Sr.
Survivors include her daughter, Pat Walker; her son, Karl Hernandez (Linda); four grandchildren,
Kathy Ridings (Scott), Marilyn Taylor (Mark), Jimmy Walker, Jr. and Kellye Ulmer (Jerry Con) and
eight great-grandchildren.
Marie was born July 1, 1922 in Giessen, Germany to the late Viktor Stalf and Augusta Zoll Stalf.
She was a member of West End Baptist Church, a homemaker and long time resident of Aliceville.
