GORDO - Mary Carol Trull, age 50, of Gordo, Ala., died June 7, 2017, at her residence. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, June 11, 2017, at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Mack Phillips and Rev. Mike Trull officiating. Burial will follow in Big Hill Cemetery in Gordo, Ala. with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church.She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Sartain; brother, Johnny Sartain; and sister-in-law, Lisa Sartain.Survivors include her husband, Ricky Van Trull; daughters, Crystal Hunt (Donald) and Summer Trull; sons, R. C. Barley (April) and Heath Trull (Destiny); mother, Diane Prestridge; sister, Darlene Sartain; brothers, Michael Sartain and Jimmy Sartain; two grandchildren, Natalie Hunt and Haley Hunt; two step-grandchildren, Holly Logan and Beth Bell Milligan; niece, Ashlea Cargile; and nephew, Jonas Sartain.Carol was born May 14, 1967 in Northport, Alabama. She was a homemaker and member of Calvary Baptist Church.Pallbearers will be Stevie Junkin, Danny Trull, Will Elmore, Harold Trull, Kenny Elmore and Joe Trull.Honorary Pallbearers are members of Calvary Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
