GORDO Melina Cheynne Hollingsworth Pruitt, age 30, of Gordo, Ala., passed away November 30, 2013 in Gordo. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday December 4, 2013 at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel of Reform with Rev. Mel Howton officiating. Burial will follow services in Browns Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at the funeral home.

She is preceded in death by her daughters, Railyn Pruitt, and Cailey Goad; her mother in-law, Diane Reynolds Pruitt; and her grandparents.

She is survived by her husband, Anthony Pruitt of Gordo, Ala.; her parents, Jimmy and Maria Lawson; her sister, Brandy Luttrell; brother, Chris Lawson (Spring); and grandparents, Karen Haney (Bill).

Mrs. Pruitt was born April 26, 1983 in California. She was a lab technician for Med Center and Crimson Urgent Care and a well known resident of the Gordo area.

Honorary Pallbearers will be the staff of Med Center and Crimson Urgent Care. .
